東電原発事故の影響を受けられた皆様に、心よりお見舞い申しあげます。この先長い間、大部分の日本人は、放射線と無縁な生活を送ることは不可能と思います。 本アプリは、空間線量率(μSv/h)や食品の放射能濃度(bq/kg)など、さまざまな測定値や推定値から、たとえば1年分の積算線量を計算し、さらにそれらを次々に合算していくことで総被曝線量を求め、発がんリスクを試算する電卓です。今のところ無料、広告なしです。 放射線被曝は、一生涯続く積立て貯金のようなものです。しかも預金の引き出しはできませんので、がんや先天異常などのリスクは年々上がっていきます。ですから毎年の積立てを、いかにして自然からの被曝線量に近い値に抑えるかが重要です。 今回の事故によって、土壌、水、食品など、さまざまな形の放射能汚染が広がっており、それぞれの測定値が公表されています。しかし、一つ一つの値に一喜一憂するのではなく、それら全てを合算した総被曝線量を予測し適切な行動をとる必要があります。 本アプリが、リスク評価の一助になれば幸いです。 【基本的な使い方】 8つの長方形の入力部のどれかに触れると、白から緑色に変わり、テンキーによって数値を入力できます。 テンキーに触れると、そのたびに積算値が計算され、小計の欄に表示されます。入力をやり直すには、入力部に再度触れます。 実効係数の上の[R]ボタンをタップすると、画面が切り替わって代表的な放射性物質の実効線量係数を選択できます。 入力が終わって[合算]ボタンに触れると、そのたびに画面最上部にある総被曝線量に小計が加算されていきます。 総被曝線量から求められた発がんリスクが、画面左上に表示されます。 合算をすべて取り消して最初からやり直すには、画面右下の[AC]ボタンに触れます。 右下の[i]ボタンをタップすると、情報画面に切り替わります。 【注意】 ・放射線量やリスクの計算法に関しては、定説はなく議論の多いところです。このアプリによって得られた結果は、あくまでも目安とお考えください。 ・当アプリは、最もよく知られているICRP勧告に準拠した実効線量係数と発がんリスク計算式を採用しています。しかし、ICRP勧告は過小評価でありECRR勧告に従うべきだとの意見も無視できません。ECRR準拠の計算をしたい場合、外部被曝に関しては、低減係数に600を入力してください。内部被曝に関しては、サポートサイトにあるECRR準拠の実効線量係数を入力してください。 ・放射線による影響は、発がんや先天異常だけではありません。不妊、流産、奇形、発達障害、知能低下、免疫力低下など、さまざまな障害の可能性が示唆されています。
